Mr. Cohen has over 20 years experience as a trial lawyer. He has successfully handled cases in both state and federal courts. In 1983 he took a case all the way to the Supreme Court of the United States and won. Mr. Cohen is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association. He concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury, commercial litigation, criminal defense and general trial work. Born and raised in Elkhart, Indiana, Mr. Cohen obtained his law degree cum laude from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis, in 1978 and he received his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the University of Arizona in 1972.
